Pybites Books is free to use. Premium is a way to support the project and keep it ad-free and privacy-first — and you get some extras as a thank you.

Pricing
- Monthly: $3/month
- Yearly: $30/year (2 months free!)
Prices are in USD. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
Subscribe
- Click the Premium button in the header (or go to the subscribe page)
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Complete payment through Stripe
- Premium features are activated immediately
Manage Your Subscription
Once subscribed, you can manage your subscription from the user menu:
- View your current plan
- Update payment method
- Cancel subscription
- View billing history
Click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel:
- Premium features remain active until the end of your billing period
- Your data is never deleted
- Custom lists become inactive (but data is preserved)
- Theme customization resets to defaults
You can resubscribe at any time to restore Premium features.
Theme Customization
Premium users can customize the app's color scheme:
- Primary color
- Background color
- Text color
- Button colors
Go to Customize Theme from the user menu to personalize your experience.
Tip
Use the "Reset" button to return to the default Slate/Indigo theme anytime.
